Terry Waters
President & CEO

Terry was named President & CEO of Highline Financial on May 1, 2009 and has responsibility for all day to day operations of the business. Prior to Highline, Terry was a senior executive with Gartner (NYSE: IT), the world’s leading provider of research, events and advisory services for the global information technology industry. Terry held several leadership roles at Gartner, including Chief Marketing Officer, with responsibility for the company’s global marketing and corporate communications efforts, as well as President of their Executive Programs business unit, the world’s largest family of subscription-based membership and executive education programs for senior IT leaders. Preceding Gartner, Mr. Waters was the Chief Operating Officer for ScreamingMedia (NASD: SCRM), a web-based content aggregation, syndication and business services provider. Previous to Screaming Media, Terry spend 14 years at Gartner where he oversaw the development, marketing and sustained growth of its core subscription-based product lines. Terry brings to Highline Financial extensive strategic and operational experience in financial services, information technology, business services and other sectors. Terry holds a B.A. degree from College of the Holy Cross.


Lisa Humphrey
Vice President, Product Management

Lisa is responsible for managing product-line enhancements and additions, coordinating the efforts of the product development teams to bring new products and updates to the market and Highline's customers. Lisa joined Highline Financial when it was known as Sheshunoff Information Services, starting as a Financial Analyst. Her broad-based work in many different aspects of analysis led her to become manager first of the Regulatory Sector, and then manager of the entire analyst group in 2005, as part of Highline Media. Lisa moved into Product Management and Development in 2008 and was promoted VP of Product Management in 2009. Her years of experience as a hands-on analyst and data provider have well prepared her for the role of lead customer-advocate for Highline. Lisa holds a B.A. degree from University of Texas.


Ben McKenzie
Director, IT & Engineering

Ben leads all information technology initiatives at Highline, including software development, networking and hardware infrastructure. Ben started his career working as a Software Engineer for Highline when it was known as Sheshunoff Information Services. He has led software development through many major feature releases, as Engineer, Manager, and now as the Director of IT/Engineering. Ben is a hands-on director; he and his team design, implement and support the technology infrastructure and software applications that drive Highline Financial's products. Ben holds a B.S. degree from University of Arkansas.


Diane Luber, C.P.A.
Director, Finance & Accounting

Diane leads Highline's finance department. Prior to joining Highline Financial in 2008, Diane served as Financial Reporting Manager for Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company, a unit of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts which managed a $30 billion investment portfolio. Preceding her tenure with TTSTC, she served as Director of Financial Planning, Chief Financial Advisor and Investments Manager for IDM Partners, Ltd, where she oversaw all financial, tax, legal, budget, cash management and risk management activity for IDM's broad investment portfolio. Diane brings diverse experience and deep knowledge of financial management to her position as leader of Highline's finance and accounting team. Diane holds a B.A. from University of Northern Iowa.
