Profitable, Efficient Asset Buying

HighlineFI provides a direct path to acquiring bank assets for management, resale, investment or assistance. Accessing bank financials provides important benefits to your organization over traditional networking or the broker process. With access to individual banks' asset data, targeting assets for purchase is no longer limited to large banks, brokerages and the associated high cost-barriers. HighlineFI provides the means to prospect all banks, large and small, that are likely to be interested in selling distressed assets.

Through a series of simple research stages, HighlineFI equips you with an entire research team’s work. First, using HighlineFI's Company Analysis module, extremely detailed searches can be performed from among thousands of financial parameters, analyzing every US bank, S&L, credit union and holding company, or narrowing your search to any particular region of interest. Next, using the Highline Ratings, quickly discover prospects, based on bank health and asset-size or regional rankings. Analyzing each bank's full financials gives you deep insight into the precise type and quantity of distressed assets, which further narrows your searches and qualifies targets.

Additionally, using HighlineFI Market/Branch Analysis's Market Share Report, your team can examine branch deposit data and estimated loan holdings to better understand an institution's business landscape. Finally, HighlineFI includes officer contact information through the Corporate Information Report, enabling easy contact with decision-makers.

The Most Relevant and Timely Banking Data
HighlineFI provides your team with access to the most relevant, actionable banking intelligence in the industry, including hundreds of proprietary ratings, rankings and ratios to help improve your analyses and save time. HighlineFI: Key Functions

Screening and Targeting
The wide scope of HighlineFI's data and the power of its web-based and Excel-based software puts an immense amount of information at your disposal for discovering opportunities, analyzing competition, and understanding the US banking landscape as it evolves. Powerful searches, peer groupings, mapping, and detailed reports provide the industry's leading solution for targeting the companies that meet your precise business and research requirements.

Company Profiling
HighlineFI gives you broad access and granular searching capability across all types of institutions: banks, credit unions, S&Ls and holding companies. Additionally, non-filing companies' financial history is available through Highline Financial's unique summed subsidiary data, enabling in-depth profiles of difficult-to-track institutions, including foreign companies, S&L holding companies and others. Your work can be easily exported to Excel and PDF for further analysis and presentation.

Using HighlineXL Excel Add-in, you can easily add live data updates to your existing analytical models or create new models with our intuitive, step-by-step HighlineXL wizard.

The Highline Rating, Leading Bank Solvency Rating
The Highline Rating, included with every HighlineFI subscription, is the first commonly used bank rating scale in the industry, dating back to 1985. Directly responsive to varying industry conditions, the Highline Rating is an excellent starting point for the analysis of a bank's health and is useful as an accurate predictor of solvency problems. Peer, national and regional ratings are on a scale of 99 (best) to 0, and assignment is based upon completely objective financial statistics and comparisons to peer institutions. Also, every entity is assigned peer-based, national and regional rankings, providing additional context for performance evaluation.

Many state treasuries, including California, Tennessee and Maine, rely on the Highline Rating as the primary determining threshold for whether or not to invest public funds in institutions in their territory. Others, such as Alabama depend on the rating for establishing specific levels of required collateralization for public funds investment.

The Highline Rating far outperforms the market-standard solvency flag, the Texas Ratio, for predicting bank failure long before actual failure. At three quarters prior to failure, the Highline Rating has accurately predicted over 161% more bank failures than the Texas Ratio since 2004.

No other leading banking-sector data solution offers this time-tested bank health rating, only HighlineFI. It is an extremely informative and time-saving tool that improves your analyses and ultimately, your most critical decisions.

Comparative Performance Analysis
HighlineFI enables extremely detailed peer group comparisons. Thousands of individual data points may be integrated into your web-based analyses, which can cover company financial performance, individual branch performance, market demographics and an extensive array of Highline Financial's proprietary performance ratios, ratings and other metrics.

Using the most accurate and timely regulatory and GAAP data, you can easily target any bank, S&L, credit union or holding company and dissect its financial strengths, weaknesses and performance extending back as far as 18 years, as well as comparing their financial performance each quarter.

HighlineFI's bank branch database delivers competitor and peer group analysis with branch ownership and openings/closings updated daily. Using web-based demographic data, mapping software and product demand data, you can assess the competitive impact of different branch networks or build detailed peer group comparisons based on identical location and demographic characteristics.

Franchise Analysis
From broad regional analyses to a focused evaluation of trade areas, zip codes or block groups, HighlineFI delivers the data and analytic tools required for in-depth market and branch network analyses. Comprehensive coverage of consumer, business and small business populations enables a thorough assessment of market valuation and branch M&A opportunities.

Profile and compare multiple market areas across thousands of demographic and product demand variables. In addition, HighlineFI offers a national database of ATMs, traffic volumes and branch offices that are updated daily for openings/closings and M&A activity.

HighlineFI's state-of-the-art mapping software and GIS analytics define and profile branch or ATM trade areas across an array of criteria including polygons/radius, drive time, drive distance, walk time, miles walked and more.

HighlineFI also includes a unique product demand database that is built on actual customer records/data from an aggregate multi-bank Customer Information File (CIF) datafile covering an average of 27% of the US population.
